At JumpBoots.com, we want you to reach new heights with confidence; if your boots aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unworn, brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your JumpBoots in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the gear for signs of wear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
